About the role

D&B Properties is expanding and looking for driven Real Estate Consultants to join its award‑winning team in Dubai. The role offers opportunities across Sales, Leasing and Off‑Plan/Exclusive projects, with exposure to international markets and premium listings.

Key responsibilities

• Actively market residential and commercial properties using portals, social media and networking channels.
• Conduct property viewings, present features and guide clients through the sales process.
• Understand client requirements, recommend suitable properties and provide end‑to‑end advisory.
• Assist tenants and landlords in leasing transactions, negotiate rental terms and manage the leasing process.
• Stay up to date with Dubai market trends, pricing and competitor activity, providing data‑driven insights.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, landlords, developers and investors.
• Prepare contracts, agreements and ensure compliance with RERA regulations.
• Attend industry events, generate leads and expand professional network.
• Achieve and exceed sales and leasing targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of real‑estate experience in Dubai.
• Currently based in Dubai with the right to work.
• Strong communication, negotiation and closing skills.
• Self‑motivated, professional and target‑driven mindset.
