About the role

Enclave Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Consultant to join its award‑winning team in Dubai. This is a commission‑only position focused on selling luxury properties and building lasting client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads provided by the company’s marketing team.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and close sales.
• Maintain up‑to‑date market knowledge and provide expert guidance to clients.
• Collaborate with admin and telesales support to ensure a smooth sales process.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months experience in property sales or other luxury sales.
• Strong customer service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Valid driving licence.
• Fluent French language skills.
