Real Estate Consultant

About the role

The Real Estate Consultant will work on‑site in Dubai, helping clients buy, sell, and invest in residential and commercial properties. You will guide customers through the entire transaction cycle, from initial inquiry to closing, while maintaining high standards of professionalism and client service.

Key responsibilities

• Source, list, and present properties using market data and client requirements.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate terms, and coordinate with banks, legal advisors, and internal teams.
• Prospect new clients, follow up on leads, and maintain accurate records in CRM and listing platforms.
• Stay updated on Dubai real‑estate regulations and market trends, and participate in ongoing training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of real‑estate and property markets, especially Dubai.
• Proven sales abilities, including lead generation, client relationship management, and closing techniques.
• Effective negotiation skills and a client‑focused mindset.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
