Real Estate Consultant

About the role

Oia Properties is a real estate agency operating in Abu Dhabi and Dubai, specialising in the sale and resale of residential properties in the secondary market. The Real Estate Consultant facilitates buying and selling of properties, generates leads, builds client relationships and manages sales transactions to drive revenue growth. The consultant guides clients through their real estate journey, advises on market trends, negotiates deals and ensures a seamless transaction.

Key responsibilities

• Consult with clients to understand their needs, preferences and financial goals, and evaluate property values with recommendations based on local market conditions.
• Prepare and present property listings, assist buyers in finding properties, arrange showings and lead them through the purchase process.
• Represent sellers by marketing properties, arranging viewings and negotiating offers to maximise sale prices.
• Monitor local real estate trends, property values and developments, and stay current with property laws and competitive activity.
• Manage transactions from contract signing to final closing, generate leads through networking, referrals, marketing campaigns and online platforms, and build long-term client relationships.
• Work with the sales team and management to create and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets.
• Maintain a network of industry professionals such as mortgage brokers and home inspectors.
• Use CRM systems and sales tools to track leads and follow up, keep accurate records of sales activities and transactions, and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Adhere to HSE regulations and undertake additional tasks as directed by management.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field.
• Experience in real estate is beneficial; knowledge of real estate laws, market dynamics and property valuation is a plus.

Required skills

• Previous experience with CRM systems and sales tools is advantageous but not mandatory.
