Real Estate Coordinator

About the role

OSP Real Estate is seeking a proactive Real Estate Communications & Portal Coordinator to oversee property listings across major UAE portals and nurture relationships with developers and agencies. The role is pivotal in ensuring accurate, up‑to‑date property information and smooth communication between internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain company accounts on Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
• Create, update, optimise, and remove listings while ensuring data accuracy and portal compliance.
• Coordinate with property developers and real‑estate agencies to obtain project details, unit availability, pricing, and marketing assets.
• Respond promptly to emails, calls, and inquiries from developers, brokers, and portal representatives.
• Handle listing approvals, documentation, and marketing material coordination.
• Support Sales and Marketing teams with accurate property information.
• Monitor listing performance, generate periodic reports, and keep all marketing platforms current.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with external partners to drive company growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year experience in the UAE real‑estate sector or property portal management.
• Hands‑on experience with Bayut, Dubizzle, and Property Finder.
• Proven ability to communicate and coordinate with UAE property developers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong organisational, multitasking, and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams.
