Real Estate Leasing Agent

About the role

Asico is hiring a Real Estate Leasing Agent in Dubai to lease company-managed (property management) properties and secondary market units. The agent handles company-provided leads, conducts viewings, closes deals and keeps occupancy high, with full administrative support.

Key responsibilities

• Lease the company's property management portfolio and sell secondary market properties
• Contact and follow up on company-distributed leads, and qualify prospective tenants
• Arrange and conduct viewings, present properties and explain features, pricing and terms
• Negotiate rental terms and secure bookings and close transactions
• Coordinate with the admin team on contracts and paperwork, and ensure accurate records
• Maintain landlord and tenant relationships and report lead status and deal progress regularly
• Keep occupancy high, follow company policies and achieve monthly leasing targets and KPIs
• Work in a disciplined, professional manner, attend the office on time and update the CRM daily with leads, viewings and deal progress

Required profile

• At least 1 year of proven experience in real estate leasing
• Experience with PM properties and/or secondary market units preferred
• Knowledge of the local real estate market (Dubai preferred)
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred

• Customer-focused, target-driven and able to work independently and close deals
