Real Estate Listing Agent

About the role

We are seeking an ambitious, results‑driven Real Estate Listing Agent to join our growing team in Abu Dhabi. The role focuses on securing exclusive and open seller listings across residential and commercial markets in key developments such as Saadiyat Island, Yas Island, Al Reem Island and Zayed City.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new seller listings, converting open listings into exclusive mandates.
• Manage a portfolio of listings across primary and secondary residential and commercial property markets.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of Abu Dhabi freehold areas, community developments, off‑plan projects and local property regulations.
• Utilise real‑estate CRM systems and online portals to track leads, market properties and generate reports.

Required profile

• Proven track record in real‑estate listing acquisition and portfolio management.
• Deep understanding of Abu Dhabi property market, freehold zones and regulatory environment.
• Strong persuasive abilities with a history of converting open listings into exclusive mandates.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with real‑estate CRM platforms.
• Proficiency in using real‑estate portals for marketing and lead generation.
