Real Estate Listing Coordinator

About the role

Rose Island Real Estate is seeking a motivated Real Estate Listing Coordinator to join its Dubai team. You will be responsible for managing property listings across multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and timely updates while supporting the sales and marketing functions.

Key responsibilities

• Create, update, and manage property listings on real‑estate portals and internal systems.
• Ensure all property details, descriptions, images, and documents are accurate and up‑to‑date.
• Coordinate with agents, photographers, and marketing teams to gather required information.
• Monitor listing performance and adjust content to improve visibility.
• Maintain organized records of properties, client details, and listing documents.
• Provide the sales team with accurate and timely property information.

Required profile

• Proven experience in the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Strong knowledge of Dubai Land Department (DLD) procedures.
• Hands‑on experience using Property Finder and Dubizzle platforms.
• Basic familiarity with real‑estate platforms and CRM systems is an advantage.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
