Real Estate Media Buyer

About the role

Digital Boost is seeking a Real Estate Media Buyer to lead paid media efforts and manage social media for the Abu Dhabi property market. This full‑time, on‑site position requires a resident of Abu Dhabi with strong Arabic and English communication skills.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat and LinkedIn.
• Manage budgets, audience targeting, creative testing and performance reporting.
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve lead quality and track enquiries, viewings and conversions through the CRM.
• Oversee social media calendars, publishing, caption writing and community engagement.
• Brief designers and video editors on advertising and social media creatives.
• Monitor conversion tracking, cost per lead and overall campaign outcomes.

Required profile

• Experience managing paid campaigns for real‑estate businesses in Abu Dhabi.
• Understanding of local buyer audiences, off‑plan and secondary‑market campaigns.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to work independently.
• Currently based in Abu Dhabi and available for a full‑time on‑site role.
