Real Estate Operations Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Operations Manager will lead day‑to‑day property and facility management activities for a portfolio of assets, ensuring smooth operations, tenant satisfaction, and compliance with local regulations. The role is based in Qatar and requires relocation, with a focus on maximizing occupancy and revenue while supporting sustainability and technology initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily property management operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and UAE/Qatar regulations.
• Address tenant inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
• Monitor and improve performance metrics such as occupancy rates, operating expenses, and tenant retention.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and oversee facility upkeep.
• Manage vendor, contractor, and service provider relationships, including contract negotiation and performance monitoring.
• Supervise on‑site teams and coordinate property inspections and audits.
• Support leasing teams with operational insights, unit readiness, and tenant onboarding.
• Prepare and manage operating budgets, track rent collections, expenses, and capital expenditures.
• Recommend and drive process improvements, sustainability initiatives, and technology upgrades.

Required profile

• Minimum 84 months (7 years) of experience in real estate or facility operations.
• Willingness to relocate to Qatar and work onsite.
• Strong knowledge of local property laws and regulations.
