Real Estate Property Consultant – Commission Based

About the role

Siracusa Properties is expanding its sales team in Dubai and seeks motivated, high‑energy individuals to join as Real Estate Property Consultants. No prior real‑estate background or RERA licence is required, as full training, leads and visa sponsorship are provided.

Key responsibilities

• Assist buyers and investors in locating residential and commercial properties across Dubai.
• Conduct client meetings, property viewings and market presentations.
• Negotiate transactions and guide clients through the buying or selling process.
• Meet weekly activity and sales performance targets, including meeting goals and deal closures.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior real‑estate experience or RERA licence required.
• Self‑motivated, driven and able to achieve high sales targets in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willing to reside in or relocate to the UAE.

Required skills

• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities in English.
• Additional language skills are a plus.
