About the role

Whitewill is a premier real estate company specializing in luxury properties across Dubai and other global markets. The firm is looking for skilled and motivated Rental Agents to join its prestigious team in Dubai. Key responsibilities

• Manage incoming rental inquiries and qualified leads, ensuring fast and professional communication with clients.
• Identify suitable rental properties based on client budget, location preferences, and lifestyle.
• Arrange and conduct property viewings, negotiate rental terms, and oversee the process from inquiry to tenancy agreement.
• Handle rental documentation, including tenancy contracts and all required transaction paperwork.
• Build strong relationships with landlords and tenants while maintaining excellent customer service.
• Keep client and property information accurately updated in the company CRM.

Required profile

• Previous Dubai real estate experience, preferably within the rental market.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai rental market, key communities, buildings, and rental procedures.
• Fluent in English; additional languages such as German, Polish, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch are a strong advantage.
• A UAE driving licence is highly recommended for property viewings and client meetings.
• Confident, proactive, and responsive with strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Comfortable managing multiple clients and transactions in a fast‑paced environment.
