About the role

As a Real Estate Sales Advisor you will act as the bridge between property owners and prospective buyers or tenants, managing a portfolio of properties and guiding clients through the full transaction cycle. The role is commission‑based, offering unlimited earning potential for self‑driven, target‑oriented professionals in Abu Dhabi and Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new clients through networking and prospecting to build a robust database.
• List and market properties on major portals, ensuring high‑quality presentation and accurate details.
• Conduct market analysis and advise clients on pricing, mortgages, and legal requirements.
• Arrange and lead property viewings, highlighting features and benefits.
• Negotiate offers between buyers and sellers to achieve optimal terms.
• Facilitate closing, preparing documentation in compliance with UAE real‑estate regulations.
• Maintain long‑term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English; Arabic or other languages a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong desire to earn high commissions.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own car preferred.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• For experienced candidates: proven sales/leasing track record in UAE and existing client network.
• For freshers: passion for sales, resilience and willingness to learn.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for managing leads and transactions.
• Ability to use online listing portals (Property Finder, Bayut, Dubizzle) effectively.
• Basic knowledge of property management processes.
• Conducting market analysis and price benchmarking.
