Real Estate Sales Agent – Abu Dhabi

About the role

Casa Vera Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Abu Dhabi office. The role involves managing property listings, conducting viewings and guiding clients through buying, selling and leasing transactions while delivering professional advice.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new client leads for residential and commercial properties.
• Respond to inquiries, schedule and conduct property viewings.
• Provide market insights and advise clients on pricing, negotiations and contract terms.
• Maintain accurate records of listings, offers and transactions in the company CRM.
• Coordinate with property management and maintenance teams to ensure smooth hand‑overs.
• Prepare required documentation and ensure compliance with UAE real‑estate regulations.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to the office’s overall performance.

Required profile

• Demonstrated experience in real‑estate sales or related transactions.
• Valid UAE real‑estate licence or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong knowledge of local market trends and relevant laws.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic or other languages are a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Abu Dhabi and manage multiple listings simultaneously.

Required skills

• Proficiency with real‑estate CRM tools for lead and property management.
