Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

Edge Hills Properties is seeking a motivated Real Estate Sales Agent to join its Abu Dhabi office. You will be responsible for generating leads, guiding clients through the property buying or selling process, and helping the team achieve its sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and develop new business opportunities.
• Contact potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
• Conduct property viewings and present available properties.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Stay updated on market trends, listings, and the local real‑estate landscape.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real estate, property sales, or a related sales role is preferred.
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities.
• Sales‑driven, target‑oriented, and self‑motivated.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Good knowledge of the local real‑estate market is an advantage.
• Fluent English communication skills.
