Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

The Sales Consultant will generate and manage leads while executing sales for Dubai Holding Real Estate’s inventory. The role involves presenting property options, maintaining client relationships, and contributing to revenue growth in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and understand customer needs, present available inventory and purchasing options.
• Act as a brand ambassador, maintain relationships, expand the client base and build a robust sales pipeline.
• Generate leads from brokers and personal efforts, support sales meetings and post‑sales interactions.
• Achieve sales targets, stay abreast of market trends and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales or Marketing (master’s preferred).
• 3‑5 years of experience in property sales or marketing within real estate or a commercial environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Effective lead generation and management.
• Excellent communication in English.
