About the role

As a Sales & Leasing Agent for Al Sharq Real Estate in Ajman, you will connect prospective tenants and buyers with properties along the Ajman Corniche. The position drives both leasing and sales transactions in a fast‑moving market.

Key responsibilities

• Meet walk‑in clients and follow up on leads for sales and leasing inquiries.
• Show apartments, villas, and commercial units to prospective tenants and buyers.
• Prepare and negotiate lease agreements and sales contracts, ensuring all details are accurate.
• List properties on real‑estate marketing platforms and keep listings fresh and appealing.
• Build a client base through follow‑up, referrals, and relationship management.
• Coordinate with landlords, property owners, and internal teams to keep deals moving smoothly.
• Stay informed on Ajman market trends, pricing, and new developments.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
• Comfortable using computers and real‑estate marketing platforms.
• Professional appearance as the face of the company.
• Self‑motivated and able to work from the Ajman Corniche headquarters.
• Fluency in Arabic and/or English.

Required skills
