Real Estate Sales Manager – Arabic Speaker

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager who is fluent in Arabic to lead our Dubai sales team. The role involves driving revenue, managing the full property sales cycle and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets.
• Lead, motivate, train and manage a team of real‑estate sales professionals.
• Generate new business opportunities and nurture relationships with buyers, investors and partners.
• Oversee the complete sales process from lead generation to negotiation and closing.
• Maintain high levels of customer service for existing clients.
• Monitor market trends, property prices and competitor activity.
• Prepare forecasts, reports and performance analyses for senior management.
• Collaborate with brokers, agencies, developers and marketing teams to generate qualified leads.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and real‑estate regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or senior sales professional in real‑estate.
• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing a sales team.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real‑estate market.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Target‑driven and able to build lasting client relationships.
