Real Estate Team Lead – Dubai

About the role

We are seeking an experienced real estate professional to lead and mentor a team of agents in Dubai’s dynamic property market. The Team Lead will drive performance, ensure compliance, and foster a high‑performance culture.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and mentor real estate agents.
• Set and monitor sales targets, KPIs, and performance benchmarks for the team.
• Coach agents on sales techniques, negotiation, and client relationship management.
• Conduct regular team meetings and one‑on‑one performance reviews.
• Ensure all listings and transactions comply with RERA and DLD regulations.
• Oversee accurate documentation throughout transactions (Form A/B/F, Ejari, title deeds).
• Collaborate with management on marketing strategy, lead generation, and portal listings.
• Resolve escalated client or transaction issues.
• Build a collaborative, accountable, and high‑performance team culture.
• Report team performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of real estate sales experience in the UAE market.
• Prior team leadership experience preferred.
• Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• In‑depth knowledge of Dubai’s real estate market, key developments, and regulatory framework (RERA/DLD).
• Excellent leadership, coaching, and communication skills; English required, additional languages a plus.

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Experience using property portals.
