Real Estate Team Manager – Dubai

About the role

Cresco Real Estate, a leading Dubai real estate firm, is seeking an experienced Real Estate Team Manager to lead its broker team. The role involves driving sales and leasing performance while enhancing client service across a high-value property portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor and motivate a team of brokers to achieve sales and leasing targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback and coaching.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve productivity, client acquisition and market presence.
• Conduct regular training sessions on Dubai market knowledge and real-estate practices.
• Analyse market trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and resolve client issues as needed.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of real-estate experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate or a related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE real-estate broker licence.
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Arabic, Russian, Hindi) are an advantage.
