About the role

The Receiving Clerk – General Finance supports the company's accounting activities, ensuring accurate cost and financial reporting in line with statutory and audit requirements. The role contributes to a service‑driven culture within a 5‑star hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and report on cost and financial accounts according to statutory requirements and company policies.
Manage day‑to‑day accounting tasks and internal financial reporting.
Ensure compliance with the company’s financial and cost accounting systems and procedures.
Communicate proactively with ambassadors, vendors and suppliers while safeguarding company interests.

Required profile

High school diploma in Financial Accounting; a college degree in Commerce or related field is preferred.
1–2 years of experience in a similar finance role within a 5‑star hospitality company.

Required skills

Advanced Excel proficiency.
Experience using Microsoft Financial software.
Knowledge of IBM Planning Systems.
