Reception Manager – IndoPersian Restaurant

About the role

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Reception Manager for its IndoPersian Restaurant. The role focuses on delivering a polished, personalized arrival experience that meets Wynn and Forbes Travel Guide standards while managing all front‑of‑house guest interactions.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively manage pre‑arrival guest communication, reservations, preferences, special requests and VIP arrangements.
• Oversee reservations, waitlists, walk‑ins and queue management using the SevenRooms system.
• Coordinate special occasions and VIP experiences with culinary and service teams.
• Lead, schedule, coach and develop the reception team in guest engagement, conflict resolution and system proficiency.
• Conduct daily briefings on reservations, VIPs, special requests and service pacing.
• Capture guest preferences and feedback, support service recovery and drive continuous improvement.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of hands‑on experience managing reception or front‑of‑house operations in a high‑end restaurant, luxury hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Fluent English with strong professional communication skills; additional language (Arabic, Russian, French, Spanish, Japanese, Chinese or Italian) highly valued.
• Experience in international, multicultural hospitality environments and familiarity with Forbes Travel Guide 5‑Star service standards.
• Proven leadership, interpersonal and conflict‑resolution abilities.
