About the role

Join the front‑office team of a world‑class five‑star beachfront resort, delivering authentic Turkish hospitality to an international clientele. As a Receptionist you will be the first point of contact, ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage the smooth flow of guests through the reception area.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls on multiple lines.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow‑up visits and classes.
• Maintain accurate guest records and prepare files for upcoming arrivals.
• Monitor order status and inform guests of any updates or delays.
• Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries; manage office supply inventory.
• Participate in mandatory communication meetings.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience in a receptionist, front‑office or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and organizational abilities.
• Experience handling multiple phone lines is an advantage.
• Additional foreign language skills (Russian or German) are a plus.
