About the role
Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You. As a Receptionist you’ll ensure seamless check‑in and check‑out while delivering memorable experiences for every guest.
Key responsibilities
- Greet guests, complete check‑in, verify details, assign rooms, issue keys and provide welcome materials.
- Process check‑out, verify charges, handle payments, issue receipts and use the point‑of‑sale system accurately.
- Provide comprehensive information on hotel offerings, room types, rates, promotions and local area attractions.
- Promote hotel amenities and services using up‑selling techniques to maximize revenue.
- Respond to guest requests, resolve concerns promptly and manage communications effectively.
