About the role

Join EFS Facilities Services Group as a Receptionist – Guest Experience Ambassador at its flagship project in Dubai International Financial Centre. You will be the first point of contact for visitors, delivering exceptional hospitality and supporting smooth daily operations.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and guests as the professional first point of contact.
• Manage front‑office and reception operations efficiently.
• Handle telephone calls, visitor inquiries and coordinate appointments.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve customer queries professionally.
• Maintain accurate visitor records and administrative documentation.
• Ensure reception services comply with company procedures and service standards.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in hotel reception, front office or guest relations (hospitality background preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer‑service and organisational abilities.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment.
