About the role
The Receptionist (Guest Experience Expert) at Aloft Abu Dhabi ensures every guest interaction feels memorable and seamless, from check‑in to check‑out. The role blends front‑desk service with hands‑on assistance, guiding guests throughout their stay and supporting operational needs.
Key responsibilities
- Process guest arrivals and departures, handling check‑in/check‑out procedures efficiently.
- Address guest requests, provide local area information, and assist with luggage loading/unloading.
- Complete operational reports, manage incident documentation, and support other hotel functions as needed.
- Perform physical tasks such as moving, lifting (up to 50 lb unaided, 100 lb with assistance), and navigating stairs or service ramps.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
- No specific license or certification required.
