About the role
Lane88 is hiring friendly and energetic Receptionists for its entertainment venue in Uptown Mirdif, Dubai. The role involves welcoming guests, handling front‑desk activities, assisting customers and supporting smooth daily operations in a fast‑paced, customer‑focused environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome guests and provide a friendly first impression.
- Handle reception duties and respond to general customer enquiries.
- Support basic computer and POS system operations.
- Maintain a professional and organized reception area.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a vibrant entertainment setting.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Required profile
- Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
- Friendly, energetic, presentable and confident personality.
- Ability to work effectively in a lively entertainment environment.
- Previous reception, hospitality or customer‑service experience is preferred.
Required skills
- Basic computer system usage.
- POS terminal operation.
