Receptionist – Immediate Start in Abu Dhabi

About the role

The Academy is seeking a professional Receptionist to provide first‑class service to parents, visitors and staff. You will be the front‑line representative of Yasmina British Academy, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience for all stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Greet visitors in a friendly, helpful manner and provide accurate information about the Academy.
• Answer telephone calls courteously, manage enquiries and direct calls to the appropriate departments.
• Maintain a visitor database and update attendance registers.
• Assist parents through the student registration and admission process, including school tours.
• Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, filing, faxing and completing standard forms.
• Carry out word‑processing, spreadsheet and internet research tasks as required.

Required profile

• Minimum 24 months of customer‑service or receptionist experience.
• Strong alignment with Aldar Education’s values and an appreciation of regional cultural norms.
• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
