About the role

Join Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort, as a Receptionist delivering high‑quality customer service in a dynamic hospitality environment. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring smooth operations and a welcoming atmosphere.

Key responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service while adhering to safety protocols.
• Manage the flow of guests through the reception area.
• Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
• Process managed‑care plans and obtain required insurance documentation.
• Supply guests with accurate information and assistance.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow‑up visits, and classes.
• File and retrieve guest records efficiently.
• Monitor order status and communicate any delays to guests.
• Maintain a tidy, well‑stocked reception area.
• Handle daily mail, deliveries, and office supply inventory.
• Participate in mandatory communication meetings.

Required profile

• Experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar (preferred but not required).
• 0‑2 years of related experience or training.
• Ability to manage multiple phone lines.
• Strong customer service and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Additional foreign language skills (Russian or German) are an asset.
