Receptionist

About the role

Be the first smile our clients see at Bedashing Beauty Lounge and Tips & Toes. We are looking for an enthusiastic, customer‑oriented Receptionist who enjoys connecting with people and creating exceptional guest experiences in a vibrant salon environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome every client with warmth, professionalism and a positive attitude.
• Manage appointments, bookings, cancellations and walk‑in clients efficiently.
• Respond to calls, messages and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Assist clients with service recommendations, promotions and membership information.
• Process payments and maintain accurate daily cash and transaction records.
• Coordinate with the salon team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Keep the reception area organized, presentable and inviting.
• Handle client feedback professionally and resolve concerns promptly.
• Support the branch with general administrative and operational tasks.

Required profile

• Previous experience in reception, front office, customer service or hospitality.
• Experience in a salon, spa, beauty or wellness environment is an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable using computers and booking systems.
• Friendly, confident and professional with a genuine passion for customer service.
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
