About the role
As a Receptionist you will provide an engaging experience to guests staying at Pullman, building rapport to foster loyalty while meeting performance, consistency and quality standards. You will act as an ambassador of the hotel, delivering above‑and‑beyond service to ensure memorable stays. You must provide courteous, professional, efficient, flexible and upscale service at all times, adhering to departmental standards.
Key responsibilities
- Provide an engaging experience to Pullman guests.
- Build rapport with guests to gain loyalty.
- Act as an ambassador of the hotel, delivering above‑and‑beyond service.
- Maintain courteous, professional, efficient, flexible, upscale service per department standards.
- Implement departmental, HR, finance and safety policies and procedures effectively.
Required profile
- Available to join immediately.
- Additional language skills and residence inside UAE are an advantage.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle pressure.
- Maintain high standards of personal hygiene and grooming.
