Receptionist – Luxury Wellness Clinic

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests and patients at Clinique La Prairie’s Longevity Hub in Dubai. Working in a luxury medi‑clinic environment, you will create a welcoming atmosphere while supporting the delivery of advanced health programmes.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests and patients with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Manage inbound phone calls and respond to email enquiries within 24 hours.
• Schedule appointments, follow‑up calls and thank‑you notes to maintain client relationships.
• Promote clinic treatments, programmes and products, acting as a brand ambassador.
• Coordinate client journeys with therapists and other wellness experts.
• Prepare and distribute health‑education materials in line with brand guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization of the reception area.
• Participate in regular wellness training sessions and team meetings.

Required profile
