Receptionist – Real Estate Office (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking a presentable, organized, and professional Receptionist to join Winners Way Real Estate in Dubai. The role is the first point of contact for clients and visitors, ensuring a welcoming and efficient office environment. You will work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth client interactions and support the daily operations of the office.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients, visitors, and callers in person and via phone, email, and WhatsApp.
• Manage appointments, meetings, and schedules for real‑estate agents.
• Provide secretarial and administrative support, including document preparation, reporting and correspondence.
• Maintain client, property, and office records accurately.
• Assist agents with daily administrative tasks and ensure the office remains organized.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of relevant experience, preferably within Dubai’s real‑estate sector.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Presentable, friendly, and well‑organized with the ability to multitask under pressure.
• Proficiency in using WhatsApp and email platforms for client communication.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• General competence with Microsoft Office applications.
