Recreation Attendant – Guest Activities

About the role

You will assist in organizing and facilitating a variety of recreational activities for hotel guests, ensuring they have a fun and enjoyable stay. From fitness classes and poolside activities to sports and children’s programs, you will be actively involved in delivering recreational programs that cater to guests of all ages and interests.

Key responsibilities

• Lead fitness classes, sports games and children’s programs, actively engaging guests.
• Monitor recreational areas for safety and cleanliness, reporting any issues promptly.
• Provide professional, friendly service and respond to guest inquiries about activities.
• Coordinate with other departments to support events, assisting with setup and breakdown.
• Contribute ideas to improve recreational programs and promote wellness initiatives.
• Address guest concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and hotel standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality or customer service (preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Integrity, teamwork, leadership and ownership mindset.
• CPR and First Aid certification is an advantage.
