Recreation Attendant

About the role

The Recreation Attendant greets guests with a warm welcome and assists them with all pool and beach area needs. You will respond promptly to guest requests, comments and concerns while ensuring a clean and safe environment, and you will handle resort property and inventory control.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests immediately with a sincere and friendly welcome.
• Assist guests with pool and beach area needs, including towel service and furniture arrangement.
• Respond to guest requests, comments, and concerns in a timely manner.
• Maintain cleanliness of the pool/beach area, empty towel bins, and organize storage shelves.
• Confirm guest registration before issuing resort property.
• Monitor product inventory to minimize loss of resort property.

Required profile

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Neat, clean and well‑groomed appearance.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Experience as a cashier or using POS systems.
• Previous customer service experience.
