Recreation Attendant – Luxury Hotel

About the role

Join the InterContinental Dubai Marina team as a Recreation Attendant, where you will be the first point of contact for guests using the pool, gym and spa facilities. Your friendly presence will help create a relaxing and memorable experience for visitors in this five‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with a warm smile as they arrive at the pool, gym or spa.
• Maintain recreation areas to ensure safety, cleanliness and an inviting atmosphere.
• Provide information on wellness services, facilities and recommend relaxation options.
• Supply towels, refreshments and other essentials while keeping inventory organized.
• Report any maintenance issues promptly to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recreation, guest service or a wellness‑related role, preferably within a hotel or resort.
• Strong attention to detail and a passion for cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Friendly, energetic and guest‑oriented attitude with excellent communication skills.
