Recreation Attendant – Luxury Resort

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Recreation Attendant you will brighten guests’ days, deliver memorable experiences and support the daily operations of the resort’s pool and beach areas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas and other recreational equipment.
• Maintain clean pools, beach areas, furniture, showers and cabanas.
• Manage towel inventory, collect used towels and restock clean ones.
• Monitor facility usage, identify hazards and address or report issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations and enforce facility rules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recreation preferred.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Forbes service standards preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors for long hours.
