Recreation Attendant – Ras Al Khaimah

Exceptional hospitality starts with you. As a Recreation Attendant you will brighten guests’ days by delivering memorable experiences and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel’s pool and beach areas.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly, creating a positive first impression.
• Assist guests with towels, sunbeds, umbrellas and recreational equipment.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, anticipate needs and resolve concerns courteously.
• Maintain clean and inviting pool and beach areas, including furniture, showers and cabanas.
• Manage towel inventory by collecting used towels, restocking clean ones and minimizing loss.
• Monitor facility usage, identify potential hazards and address or report issues promptly.
• Follow health and safety regulations, hotel standards and enforce facility rules.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.

Required profile

• Previous recreation experience preferred.
• Intermediate English language skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with Forbes service standards preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to work outdoors for long hours.
