Recreation Experience Expert – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert serves as the primary resource for all guest recreation activities at Ajman Saray, a Luxury Collection resort. The role involves informing guests about facilities, encouraging participation, and ensuring a safe, enjoyable environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information on pools, beach, fitness center, game room, and child activity areas, and promote guest participation.
• Register, schedule, and assist guests in recreation activities, handling point‑of‑sale transactions when required.
• Monitor facilities, enforce safety rules, and respond to emergencies, including providing first‑aid assistance.
• Maintain cleanliness of recreation areas and equipment, and support private functions and group events.
• Assist guests with disabilities and ensure inclusive access to activities.
• Process payments for equipment rentals, facility rentals, and retail sales.
• Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions, and complete required safety training.
• Maintain a professional appearance, protect confidential information, and uphold company policies.

Required profile

• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• CPR and First Aid certifications (or ability to obtain).
• Any additional certifications or training mandated by local/state agencies.
