Recreation Experience Expert Pool Attendant

About the role

The Recreation Experience Expert Pool Attendant serves as the primary point of contact for guests using the resort’s recreation facilities, including pools, beach, fitness centre and entertainment zones. You will create a welcoming, safe and enjoyable environment while promoting the resort’s high standards of service.

Key responsibilities

• Provide information, register guests and schedule participation in pool and other recreation activities.
• Monitor safety, respond to emergencies, administer first aid and report incidents.
• Handle point‑of‑sale transactions, process equipment rentals and manage cash registers.
• Assist with private functions, maintain cleanliness of facilities and ensure equipment is in good condition.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to work on feet for extended periods and lift up to 25 kg unaided.
• Excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.

Required skills

• CPR certification.
• First Aid certification.
• Point‑of‑sale (POS) cash handling and transaction processing.
• Basic computer operation for reservations and reporting.
