About the role
The Recreation Experience Expert serves as the primary resource for all guest recreation activities at the property. You will inform guests about facilities such as pools, beach, fitness centre, and child‑activity zones, encourage participation, and ensure a safe, fun environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide information on and promote all recreation facilities, encouraging guest participation.
- Register guests for activities, manage schedules, and handle point‑of‑sale transactions.
- Monitor safety, enforce rules, and respond to emergencies according to procedures.
- Assist injured guests until emergency services arrive and report incidents to management.
- Maintain cleanliness of facilities, equipment, and supplies, and support private functions hosted in recreation areas.
Required profile
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
- No prior recreation‑related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
