Recruiter – 12 Month Contract

About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Consultant at the Technology Innovation Institute, you will be responsible for attracting high‑calibre professionals to support the institute’s ambitious research and growth objectives. The position is a 12‑month contract based in Abu Dhabi and focuses on technical and research‑related talent.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to define talent needs and job requirements.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle for research centres and support functions.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Boolean searches, talent mapping and other tools.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for cultural and technical fit.
• Coordinate interviews, feedback loops and offer management.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Support employer branding initiatives and prepare recruitment dashboards and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 4+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in‑house or consultancy.
• Experience recruiting for technical or research‑focused roles (STEM preferred).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proactive, results‑driven mindset.
• Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of UAE labour laws is a plus.
