About the role
We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our Abu Dhabi team, focusing on sourcing and hiring talent for the Oil & Gas, EPC and related sectors in the UAE.
Key responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to offer acceptance.
- Source, screen and interview candidates for both technical and non‑technical positions.
- Coordinate candidate communications and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and ensure compliance with UAE labour regulations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand hiring needs and market trends.
Required profile
- Minimum three (3) years of recruitment experience within the United Arab Emirates.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
- Proven experience recruiting for Oil & Gas, EPC or similar industries.
- Background in a recruitment agency is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE job market and recruitment best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
