Recruiter – Real Estate & Sales Support

About the role
We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to join our team in Dubai, focusing on real‑estate and sales support talent acquisition. The ideal candidate will manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding, while collaborating closely with the sales and management teams.
Key responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
- Conduct initial interviews and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
- Handle the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Work closely with the management/sales team to understand hiring requirements.
- Support onboarding and other HR activities when required.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of recruitment experience preferred.
- Experience in real‑estate recruitment is an advantage.
- Proven ability in high‑volume hiring.
- Experience in Sales Administration / Sales Support will be an added advantage.
Required skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
