Recruiter – UAE Market Expansion

About the role

Workistry is seeking a driven Recruiter to lead our expansion in the United Arab Emirates. You will be the public face of the platform in the region, building relationships with hiring managers, recruiters, and top employers to grow our community.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract, and onboard top recruiters and hiring managers onto the Workistry platform across the UAE.
• Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients and recruitment agencies seeking talent partnerships.
• Design and execute a growth strategy for the Workistry recruiter network in the UAE.
• Conduct candidate sourcing, screening, and matching for partner employers.
• Represent Workistry at recruitment events, industry meet‑ups, and professional conferences in the UAE.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of recruiting experience in the UAE (agency or in‑house).
• Strong existing network of hiring managers, HR professionals, or recruiters in the UAE.
• Proven track record of successful placements across any industry vertical.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills in English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS platforms.
• Advanced use of LinkedIn for sourcing.
• Familiarity with networking and recruitment apps.
