Recruitment Consultant – Fintech, AI & Energy

About the role

Aquarius Worldwide FZE is seeking a full‑time Recruitment Consultant to lead end‑to‑end hiring for Fintech, AI and Energy markets in the Middle East. Based in Dubai, you will work on‑site, building talent pipelines, advising clients on hiring strategies and delivering high‑quality candidate experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Source, screen and interview candidates for graduate and experienced positions across Fintech, AI and Energy sectors.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines using digital sourcing platforms and ATS/CRM tools.
• Conduct market research and provide clients with insights on talent trends.
• Manage the interview and offer process, ensuring timely communication with candidates and hiring teams.
• Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates.
• Achieve recruitment targets and contribute to business growth through revenue‑driven consulting.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of full‑cycle recruitment experience in the Middle East.
• Proven track record in revenue‑based consulting and managing a client portfolio.
• Strong consulting and advisory skills, with the ability to influence talent strategies.
• Excellent communication, interviewing and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology or related field, or equivalent experience.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CV sourcing techniques and networking.
• Experience with ATS/CRM tools and digital sourcing platforms.
• Subject‑matter knowledge in Fintech, AI or Energy domains.
