Recruitment Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant with 2–5 years of experience to manage end‑to‑end recruitment assignments across sectors such as Energy, Infrastructure, Construction, Engineering, Manufacturing and Mining. You will work closely with both candidates and clients, building strong relationships and contributing to the growth of our international consultancy.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment assignments from brief to placement.
• Source and attract candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, networking, referrals and database searches.
• Screen, interview and assess candidates for client opportunities.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Develop strong client relationships and understand their recruitment requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and manage communications throughout the hiring process.
• Negotiate offers and support onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS/CRM system.
• Achieve individual and team recruitment targets.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency or in‑house).
• Experience managing vacancies and candidate relationships.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
