About the role
Hyrra is expanding into the UAE and is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to develop its manufacturing and construction desks from its Business Bay office in Dubai.
Key responsibilities
- Source and engage candidates for manufacturing and construction roles.
- Manage candidates through interview stages to successful placement.
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership as part of a lean, high‑output team.
- Operate on‑site in Business Bay, Dubai, supporting the regional growth strategy.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
- Proven track record in the UK or US market, including billing and building client relationships from scratch.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment.
