Recruitment Consultant – UAE (Abu Dhabi/Dubai)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the United Arab Emirates, operating from either Abu Dhabi or Dubai. The successful candidate will act as a strategic partner for our clients, delivering end‑to‑end recruitment solutions across a variety of sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Understand and assess client hiring needs to design tailored recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, social media, networking and internal databases.
• Utilise Boolean search techniques, recruitment software and headhunting to attract both passive and active talent.
• Conduct phone or video screenings, present job details to candidates and coordinate interview schedules.
• Manage offer negotiations, ensure alignment on salary expectations and oversee onboarding logistics.
• Maintain and regularly update a candidate database, fostering long‑term relationships.
• Provide post‑placement support to guarantee client and candidate satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience within the UAE.
• Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong negotiation, problem‑solving and organisational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Experience using recruitment software and tools (e.g., ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter).
