Recruitment Coordinator – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Dubai. The role supports the full talent acquisition lifecycle, from posting vacancies to onboarding new hires, in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including job posting, CV screening and interview coordination.
• Schedule and organise interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment tracking systems.
• Communicate with applicants about application status and provide interview feedback.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn and other platforms.
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth start for new hires.
• Support the HR team with daily administrative and recruitment‑related tasks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR coordination.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent organisational and time‑management skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
